Custom Exercise Plans
I am pleased to offer an exercise plan that fits your goals and your schedule. Whether you have access to multiple training facilities, one local gym, or just your home, I can work with you to design a plan that fits in with your lifestyle. All interaction will be online or by phone. Monthly plans cost $80 per month and include weedkly check-ins and unlimited contact via email or text/calls for questions. Combining exercise and nutrition plans will cost a total of only $140 a month ($40 savings per month!).

If you are looking to improve your overall health, nutrition is the key to success. Without the proper fuel, your body cannot build itself in the way that you want no matter how active you are. I can help you create a plan that will assist you in improving body composition without having to be in a gym for hours a day! Work smarter, not harder! Bodybuilding Stage Posing
Presentation is everything! You put in the work for the stage for weeks, months, or even years, and you don't want to present that hard work to the judges in a way that doesn't get you noticed! I specialize in bikini and figure posing, but can also choreograph women's physique routines, cut posing music, and polish mandatory poses. I can work through Skype for $25/30 minutes or $45/60 minutes, or I can review videos and give you feedback for $10 per video. Please contact me for more information!
Makeup Artistry
Big Cat Fitness is proud to offer makeup services as well! Contact me to glam you up for any event - bodybuilding stage, weddings, graduations, birthdays, or any major event. Rates are $60 per person plus travel costs outside of Georgia.
